Ingredients:
Idli Batter
Red Bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper
Green Capsicum
Onion
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Ginger
1-2 Green Chillies
Pinch of Hing
Few Curry Leaves
2 Medium Tomato
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Gun Powder
2 tbsp Ghee
Coriander leaves

Method:
1. Prepare the Idli Pot and steam idli batter for 10 – 12 mins
2. Add all the ingredients to hot oil then add idli pieces and toss them.
3. Serve

04:09 2 tbsp Ghee
04:40 Serving the Mulga Podi Masala Idli drizzled with Ghee
